Gorgonzola Tortellini with Pesto Alfredo Sauce

Today I made myself a lunch out of a bunch of frozen crap from Trader Joe's. It turned out really well. After I plated it, I realized it would have looked better (and less like a bad print of a 1970's cum shot) if the pesto was drizzled perpendicular to the beans and carrots.

In fact, it was almost as good as the meals The Squirrel used to make for me.

Except his were all made from scratch.

And they tasted 10 times better.
